The Yard Operations Manager reports to the Operations Manager and leads a team of yard agents. The role manages yard processes, staffing, carrier coordination, sorting plans, performance indicators, anomalies, shift handovers, onboarding, skills development, interviews, team cohesion, and regulatory compliance. It is a permanent CDI position with 37.17 hours per week, Monday through Saturday, and a gross annual salary of €28,000 to €30,000 depending on the profile.
