InPost Group is hiring a Yard Operations Manager to report to the Operations Manager and oversee a team of yard agents. The role manages yard activities, staff allocation, carrier coordination, sorting plans, performance indicators, anomaly reporting, shift handovers, employee development, team cohesion, and regulatory compliance. It is a permanent CDI position with 37.17 hours per week, a 10:00 p.m. to 5:45 a.m. schedule, Sunday through Friday, and compensation of €28,000 to €30,000 gross per year.
