Description
Biffa is hiring a Yard Operative for Burgess Hill Transfer Station to assist with the safe and efficient operation of the site, including waste picking and segregation, yard cleaning, customer service, and guidance of public and commercial visitors. The role requires adherence to health and safety, environmental, and company procedures, along with communication, record-keeping, and public-dealing skills. It is a full-time position of 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6:45–17:15, with an annual salary of £34,918.00 and £13.43 per hour.
