Description
The Yard Operative will manage vehicle movement and organisation in a salvage yard, supporting deliveries, collections, marketing, storage, loading and offloading, customer service, documentation, inventory, quality control, and health and safety. The role requires a full driving licence, outdoor work experience, accurate damage recording, teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and basic IT skills; forklift experience is advantageous but not essential. The position is a day shift from 08:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with fortnightly pay of £27,040 and benefits including training, parking, uniform and PPE, pension, and holiday.
