Adler & Allan is hiring a permanent, full-time Yard Operative in Rainham, Essex, to manage the receipt, segregation, storage, movement, loading, unloading, and basic processing of waste materials. The role maintains yard safety and housekeeping, completes waste documentation, supports audits and inspections, and works with operations, transport, and compliance teams. Candidates need industrial, waste, environmental, or logistics yard experience, health and safety knowledge, physical fitness for manual handling, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a full UK driving licence; forklift or telehandler operation and hazardous-waste experience are desirable.
