Description
The Mobile Plant Fitter will maintain and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine systems in a workshop and on-site, mobilise specialist tunnelling equipment, perform inspections and preventative maintenance, conduct basic welding and flame cutting, and support apprentices and junior fitters. The role requires plant-fitter or equivalent mechanical engineering qualifications, plant maintenance experience, knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, technical-drawing interpretation, UK health and safety knowledge, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. It is a permanent, full-time PAYE position in Wellingborough with UK travel as required.
