Description
The Yard Supervisor runs a rental yard, instructs and supervises yard staff, coordinates incoming and outgoing rentals with inside sales, maintains customer flow, and performs equipment maintenance, loading, inspection, and customer training. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of warehouse, delivery, routing, or operations management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work. It is a full-time, non-exempt position averaging 32 hours per week, with travel between store locations and work from Monday through Saturday.
