Description
Interco is hiring a Yard Supervisor to oversee the daily operation and organization of an industrial yard, including material flow, staging, loading, unloading, equipment use, employee coordination, safety enforcement, and workflow improvements. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of experience in scrap metal, recycling, manufacturing, or warehousing, and at least two years in a supervisory or lead position. The position is based at one of Interco’s facilities in Madison, Illinois, Edwardsville, or St. Louis, pays $60,000–$70,000 annually, and includes company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage.
