Description
The Yard Supervisor coordinates daily yard and depot operations, guides and supports yard employees, manages stock and orders, ensures materials are ready for crews and site managers, identifies bottlenecks, and maintains safety and order in the worksite. The role may also serve as a backup operator for a wheel loader or crane and support concrete-plant operations. It requires practical, hands-on work, independent responsibility, clear communication, and the ability to plan, organize, and delegate; experience in construction or road construction is advantageous. The position offers a full-time contract after a successful trial period, along with meal vouchers, hospitalization insurance, and pension savings.
