The Yard Operations Supervisor directs yard personnel and manages the loading, unloading, storage, and movement of building materials and equipment. The role supervises and trains employees, maintains equipment and safety procedures, prepares shipping documents, assists customers, and ensures yard cleanliness and compliance. It requires a high school diploma or GED and five years of yard operations experience, or equivalent education and experience, and involves outdoor work with frequent lifting and physical activity.
