EquipmentShare is hiring a Yard Technician for its rental facility in Frankfort, Illinois. The role supports equipment maintenance, inspections, documentation, loading and unloading, inventory systems, yard and shop cleanup, and safe workplace operations. It is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime after 40 hours and on-call scheduling, and pays $36.10. Required qualifications include safety training, PPE, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
