EquipmentShare is hiring a Yard Technician for its rental facility in Golden, Colorado. The role supports equipment maintenance, inspections, documentation, loading and unloading, inventory systems, yard and shop cleanup, and safe workplace operations. It is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime after 40 hours and on-call scheduling, and pays $16–$24 per hour. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, safety training, PPE, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; it also requires passing a background check and a 10-panel drug screen.
