EquipmentShare is hiring a Yard Technician for its rental facility in Monaca, Pennsylvania. The role works Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay after 40 hours and possible on-call scheduling. Responsibilities include laundering flame-resistant clothing, documenting laundry, maintaining equipment inventory systems, cleaning the yard and shop, maintaining a safe workplace, supporting customer experience, and assisting with other duties. The position requires safety training, PPE when applicable, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to stand, sit, bend, and stoop.
