EquipmentShare is hiring a Yard Technician for its rental facility in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The role works Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime after 40 hours and on-call scheduling with additional compensation. Responsibilities include inspecting and documenting equipment, assisting with maintenance and cleaning, loading and unloading equipment, maintaining inventory systems, cleaning the yard and shop, and maintaining a safe workplace. The position requires safety training, PPE, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or equivalent; it also requires passing a background check and a 10-panel drug screen.
