EquipmentShare is hiring a Yard Technician for its Rochester, Minnesota rental facility. The role supports equipment maintenance, inspections, documentation, loading and unloading, inventory systems, yard and shop cleanup, and safe workplace operations. It is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime after 40 hours and on-call scheduling, and pays $16–$24 per hour. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, safety training, PPE, a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
