EquipmentShare is hiring a Yard Technician in the STL, MO area to maintain and support its rental facility. The role involves inspecting and documenting equipment, assisting with repairs and cleaning, loading and unloading equipment, maintaining inventory systems, cleaning the yard and shop, and keeping the workplace safe. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime after 40 hours and on-call scheduling with additional compensation. The position requires safety training, PPE, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
