Description
The Yarn Prep Operator sets up and operates textile equipment to prepare incoming materials for manufacturing. The role involves training on yarn-prep machinery, following standard operating procedures, inspecting and documenting product defects, labeling and packaging materials, recording production data in an ERP system, maintaining equipment and work areas, and handling raw materials. The position is scheduled for the third shift from Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with training on the first shift. A high school diploma or equivalent and 0–1 year of related experience are required, along with the ability to follow quality and safety procedures, communicate effectively, and coordinate hand and eye movements.
