Description
The Yarn Prep Operator sets up and operates textile yarn-preparation equipment, inspects running product, documents defects, labels and packages materials, records production data in an ERP system, and maintains clean machinery and work areas. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 0–1 year of related experience, knowledge of quality procedures and GMP, and strong attention to detail. It is scheduled for the first shift Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid breaks, bonuses, shift differentials, paid time off, holiday pay, retirement matching, and life and disability plans.
