Description
The YMCA of South Florida is hiring Site Supervisors for after-school and day camp sites in Broward County. Reporting to the Program Manager, the Site Supervisor leads site operations, maintains child-to-staff ratios, supervises staff, plans curriculum-based activities, collects fees, maintains participant records, communicates with parents, reports incidents, and ensures compliance with licensing and funding requirements. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of licensed childcare or day-camp experience, completion of specified training modules, and active First Aid and CPR certification. The position is at-will and requires a Level II fingerprint background screening and a drug test.
