Description
The Team Leader – YEI assists the YEI Specialist in operating a two-man extruder team, loading and feeding non-woven materials, handling purge and regrind materials, maintaining the YEI area, supporting machine service and preventive maintenance, monitoring productivity and downtime, troubleshooting, recording weights and traceability, and inspecting the machine at the start of each shift. A high school diploma or GED is required, while 1–2 years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
