Description
Micron Technology is hiring a semiconductor yield analysis engineer to identify and characterize yield issues, analyze probe and process data, correlate failure-analysis signals, support yield-fix implementation, and develop AI-enabled analytics and automation. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or at least three years of semiconductor experience, semiconductor-physics knowledge, and experience with software such as JMP or Python. DRAM experience and experience as a yield-analysis engineer or RDA in a manufacturing or high-volume manufacturing environment are preferred.
