Micron Technology is hiring a Yield Analysis Manager for its Boise Expansion Team to lead a team focused on improving semiconductor fab yield through advanced analytics, structured problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration. The role manages yield KPIs, forecasting, dashboards, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and issue resolution while developing engineering talent and deploying automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, at least five years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, semiconductor physics experience, data-analysis experience, and experience with manufacturing or yield-related data.
