Description
Intel is hiring an experienced Yield Development Engineer in Hillsboro, Oregon to improve semiconductor technology yields from research and development through high-volume manufacturing. The role performs statistical and multivariate data analysis, develops yield models and machine-learning tools, identifies defect modes and root-cause yield limiters, conducts fault isolation and failure analysis, collaborates with process integration, defect engineering, electrical fault isolation, and design teams, and supports new product introductions and factory task forces. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience, master's degree with 3+ years, or a PhD, plus experience in data analysis and machine learning, optical probing or metrology, SPC, and DOE.
