Description
The role leads yield improvement and defect-reduction initiatives across semiconductor or optoelectronics assembly and test manufacturing. Responsibilities include analyzing production, equipment, quality, and reliability data; performing root-cause and corrective-action analyses; establishing yield dashboards and standards; and evaluating yield impacts of process, equipment, material, and design changes. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and typically 3–5 years of semiconductor or optoelectronics experience, with advanced knowledge of statistical methods, design of experiments, MSA/GR&R, and data-analysis tools. It is 100% onsite in a manufacturing, engineering, laboratory, and cleanroom environment.
