Description
Micron Technology is hiring a semiconductor yield engineer to analyze inline, parametric, probe, and design-of-experiment data, troubleshoot yield and defect issues, perform root-cause analysis, support technology transfer and qualification, and develop dashboards. The role requires at least two years of semiconductor manufacturing or yield engineering experience, a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, statistical and scripting skills, and experience with AI-assisted engineering productivity and data visualization tools.
