GlobalFoundries is hiring a Yield / Integration Engineer in Bangalore to support 200mm and 300mm wafer fabrication operations. The role focuses on electrical characterization, yield analysis, production lot disposition, root-cause investigation, process-change review support, and data-driven yield improvement across multiple products. The engineer will collaborate with process module engineering teams, communicate issues to home teams, and work on rotational weekend shifts as required.
