Description
The YMCA of Metropolitan Washington is hiring a CDL Driver to safely transport YMCA members, volunteers, participants, and employees to schools, special events, and field trips. The role includes vehicle inspections, compliance with transportation regulations, accident and first-aid equipment checks, and student and participant management. Available shifts are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m., with compensation of $23.00 to $25.00. Applicants must be at least 21, have a high school diploma or GED, pass a criminal background check, hold a C-class CDL with a P endorsement, provide a driving record, and undergo random drug screenings.
