Description
The YMCA of Metropolitan Washington is hiring a Facility Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and housekeeping operations at the YMCA Silver Spring. The role manages maintenance and housekeeping teams, preventive maintenance programs, repairs, work orders, inspections, vendors, safety compliance, staffing, workflows, inventory, budgets, training, and performance management. Candidates need at least three years of facilities management, housekeeping, or building maintenance experience, working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and preventive maintenance, and must be available for emergency call-outs.
