Description
The Youth Development Coordinator oversees the daily operations of the Child Watch and Family Activity Center, supervises staff, develops youth and family programs, ensures safety and child supervision, manages participant attendance and supplies, supports special events, and provides member and family service. The role includes recruiting and developing Child Watch, Youth Enrichment, and Family Activity Center staff, and for the North Branch, overseeing the Safe Sitter Program. It requires at least two years of experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 12 years, with management and supervisory experience preferred, and pays $20.00 per hour.
