CAMBA is hiring a part-time YMI Coordinator to coordinate and implement a site-based mentoring program for Black and Latino youth in Brooklyn. The role plans and facilitates weekly group mentoring sessions, recruits and supports mentors and participants, manages documentation and reporting, coordinates events and trips, and ensures compliance with DYCD requirements. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of relevant experience, youth and mentoring experience, and strong organizational and communication skills; it pays $21.22 per hour and includes health insurance, dental insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, and paid holidays.
