Description
The Young Adults Coordinator leads and supports the Young Adults Ministry at the Royal Palm Beach Campus, overseeing weekly Tuesday-night gatherings for 20s and 30s, connecting young adults to church-wide ministries, tracking spiritual milestones, developing volunteers, managing teaching rosters and budgets, supporting campus Groups and Classes, and assisting with pastoral assignments. The role reports to the Campus Pastor and requires a college degree, preferably in a ministry-related area, plus demonstrated pastoral ministry experience, strong administrative and leadership skills, and the ability to build volunteer teams.
