Description
The Young Apprentice supports daily business and operational activities in Citi’s US Consumer Cards India Operations team. The role performs routine administrative and operational tasks, maintains records and data, resolves basic customer and stakeholder inquiries, follows compliance and information-security procedures, and contributes to process improvement and change implementation. It is a full-time position requiring a high school diploma or equivalent experience, clear communication skills, and willingness to work any shift, including late night and rotating shifts; previous experience is preferred.
