Q8 offers a two-year Young Graduate Program for recent graduates or young professionals with up to two years of relevant experience. Participants complete three eight-month assignments across Commercial & Innovation, Finance & Procurement, and Transformation & Technology, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, coaching, and leadership development. The program is based in Antwerp with projects across Belgium and the Netherlands, requires Dutch and English fluency, and offers a paid path toward a management role at Q8 Retail.
