The Youth Aide supports YMCA youth programs by assisting Youth Leaders, supervising participants, implementing age-appropriate curriculum, maintaining safe and nurturing environments, communicating with families and staff, and maintaining facilities. The role requires candidates to be at least 16 years old, be reliable and dependable, work flexible schedules, exercise mature judgment, and communicate effectively; working with school-aged children is highly desired. The position pays $16.25–$16.75 hourly and includes a free YMCA membership, referral bonuses, and program discounts.
