Description
The Youth & Family Coordinator supports the Y-Winners junior high afterschool program at the Moline-East Moline YMCA Branch by supervising staff and youth, developing activity calendars and lesson plans, coordinating with YMCA departments and community volunteers, training volunteers, maintaining safe and inclusive program environments, responding to emergencies, and supporting program growth. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, youth-development or related experience, CPR/AED and First Aid certifications, and the ability to supervise and respond to safety and behavioral situations.
