Safe Passage is hiring a Youth Care Worker in South Bend, Indiana, to provide safety and around-the-clock in-person supervision of youth ages 10 to 18 at a secure residential diagnostic and evaluation facility. The role supports the physical, personal, and health needs of youth through individual counseling and skill development, monitors and documents behaviors and activities, and collaborates with treatment professionals. The schedule consists of alternating 12-hour day and night shifts, with a starting pay of $20 per hour and a $1,000 bonus after completing essential skills training within 90 days.
