CASES is hiring a full-time Youth Coach to support 13–24-year-old systems-impacted youth in New York City through individualized case management, goal-setting, academic and career development, life-skills support, resource connection, and peer-group engagement. The role requires building relationships with youth and their families, schools, and agency staff; tracking progress in the Care4 database; and participating in staff meetings. It is primarily community-based across Manhattan and the Bronx, with in-office reporting and occasional travel, and requires a minimum 2-year commitment. The position pays $60,100 per year and includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement matching, and other benefits.
