Description
The Youth Development Associate is a part-time, non-exempt club position working 20–30 hours per week as needed. The role plans, implements, supervises, and evaluates youth programs across areas such as character and leadership development, health and life skills, education and career development, the arts, and sports, fitness, and recreation. Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, leading activities, registering members, guiding youth, and supporting club goals. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of youth experience, basic Microsoft Office knowledge, communication and behavior-management skills, and the ability to supervise members safely; a background check is required.
