Description
The Youth Development Professional plans, implements, supervises, and evaluates Character and Leadership programs for youth. The role creates an engaging and safe environment, mentors and guides youth, facilitates activities and group projects, monitors program quality and safety, maintains attendance and administrative records, and collaborates with staff and volunteers. It is a part-time position requiring a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of relevant experience, youth-development and activity-planning experience, a valid state driver’s license, and background and drug screening; CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred. The position pays $16.00 per hour.
