Description
The Youth Development Professional plans, implements, supervises, and evaluates youth activities in the Boys & Girls Clubs of Manatee County, including social recreation, sports, STEM, and digital media programs. The role mentors youth, ensures safe and engaging participation, supports emotional and social development, maintains program and attendance records, collaborates with staff and volunteers, and performs daily program-area setup and cleanup. It is a part-time position requiring a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of relevant experience, youth-development and activity-planning skills, a valid state driver’s license, and successful background and drug screening; CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred. The listed salary is $16.00 per year.
