Description
The Youth Development Professional plans, implements, supervises, and evaluates youth activities in the Social Recreation & Sports program area. The role engages and mentors youth, facilitates group projects, maintains program safety and quality, supports emotional and social development, completes administrative duties, and collaborates with staff and volunteers. It is a part-time position requiring a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of relevant experience, youth-development and activity-planning skills, a valid state driver’s license, and background and drug screening; CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred. The position pays $16.00 per hour.
