The Salvation Army is hiring a Youth Development Professional for its North Mabee Red Shield Youth Center in North Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role plans, implements, supervises, and evaluates youth programs supporting academic success, healthy lifestyles, good character, and citizenship; may oversee special programs and events; and may supervise other Youth Development Professionals when the Program Coordinator is absent. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, professional interaction with children and teens, recordkeeping, event coordination, communication, Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, and completion of specified Red Shield Youth Center training. Previous related work with children and youth is preferred, and applicants must meet attendance and physical requirements for an indoor and outdoor recreational environment.
