Description
The Youth Development Professional-Teen is a part-time Club Operations role reporting to the Program Director. The position plans, implements, supervises, and evaluates teen and tween leadership activities; mentors youth; facilitates group projects; maintains attendance and safety records; supports emotional and social development; and collaborates with staff and volunteers. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of relevant experience, youth-development and activity-planning experience, a valid state driver’s license, and successful background and drug screening. The role pays $16.00 per hour.
