Description
The Youth Development Professional plans, organizes, promotes, implements, and evaluates youth programs for upper elementary and middle school students, leading activities in art, athletics, and academics. The role supervises and trains volunteers and program assistants, maintains records and program areas, supports club safety and discipline, and may participate in community outreach and field trips. It requires youth-development experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a valid driver’s license, background and TB checks, and evening hours during the school year; prior Boys & Girls Club experience and CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred. The position pays $21 per hour.
