Description
The Youth Development Specialist- Bridge to Wellness recruits and retains youth, delivers individual mentoring and coaching, leads social-emotional and recreational activities, coordinates service-learning projects, develops individualized plans, documents outcomes, maintains records, and collaborates with schools. The role reports to a Program Manager, requires travel between high schools, and offers a flexible 40-hour work week including after-school and occasional evening and weekend hours. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, while 1–3 years of youth development or adolescent work experience is required, along with background clearances, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, Microsoft Office proficiency, and database management experience.
