Description
The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is hiring a Youth Development Support Director to strengthen inclusive youth programming across child care, camp, and youth development programs. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategy, staff coaching, and direct work with youth and families to support accommodations, behavior strategies, accessibility, and ADA best practices. The role requires significant experience working with youth with disabilities or behavioral needs, knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, ADA, and positive behavior supports, and the ability to collaborate across leadership, schools, therapists, and community agencies.
