Description
The Youth Leader supports the Site Director by engaging with youth in a nurturing childcare setting, delivering curriculum for before- and after-school programs and day camps, supervising children, supporting family communication, maintaining safe and organized program sites, and following safety, emergency, and child-abuse-prevention procedures. The role requires at least 18 years of age, prior experience with children is preferred, MMR vaccination, and completion of required training; it pays $17.47 per hour and involves travel to multiple YMCA branches and local schools.
