Description
The Youth Learning Associate supports School Help operations at the Linden Branch by assisting K-12 students with school assignments, research, study skills, and learning programs; mentoring students; monitoring behavior; and helping organize reading challenges. The role is part-time, non-exempt, and follows a summer and school-year schedule, with starting pay of $19.23-$25.48 per hour. A high school diploma or G.E.D. and 1-3 years of relevant experience are required, while an associate’s degree is preferred.
