Access Services is seeking a passionate Youth Mentor (Life Skills & Resiliency Coordinator) to join their Rebound program in Orwigsburg, PA. This role involves working directly with at-risk youth aged 9-17 to build life skills and resilience, focusing on empowerment and reducing the need for placement outside their homes. The mentor will engage youth in goal-setting, maintain case notes, participate in referrals, connect youth to community resources, and facilitate life skills lessons. A significant portion of the role involves administrative and advocacy tasks, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.
