Clarvida is hiring a full-time Youth Mentor Supervisor in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, to lead and develop a team of Youth Mentors while overseeing individual and group mentoring services, maintaining approximately 10 hours per week of direct service, monitoring program quality, and building community partnerships. The role requires at least 18 years of age, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, a valid driver’s license, an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, and at least three years of experience working with children and families.
